IRAM summer schools in Pradollano (Sierra Nevada, Spain)

The IRAM summer schools are a sucessful institution since the first school in 2001. Its purpose is to attract new users to current and future millimeter and submillimeter observatories. The schools comprise lecture courses on selected topics of astrophsical research, in combination with topical observations with the IRAM-30m telescope.

This first school in IRAM Spain will concentrate on single dish mm-astronomy. There will be a lecture course on mm-techniques and applications to different areas of research, scientific highlight talks, observations with the IRAM 30-m telescope and a lab course on "Data analysis and interpretation".
