Working with the new pointing model (rms went from 5 to 2 arcsec for yesterday pointing session)
Nasmyth offset 28, 28 implemented in the pointing model
offset 0 0 /system nasmyth

Set pointing : 0, 0

NEW and definitive pointing model determined from yesterday

Set Focus : -1 mm

SZ on RXJ

At 12:50 the NCS process that control the adjustment of the M2 focus depending on the temperature gradient stopped without anybody noticing it (no alarm); this had no effect until the evening since the outside temperature was stable, but after sunset we lost about ~10 degrees in ~2 hours. Up to scan 178 everything was OK, but after integration on a faint source at scan 199 we found huge beams, we spent a significant time on various focus before figuring out that we had to move M2 by more than 3mm before finding again reasonable beams ! Such a big change of focus is very unusual, that's how we figured out the problem.
