Replacement of the MM3 with the spare one:

This didn't solve the problem (the 1,2,3 regular peaks are here and strong).
- Amplitude of KIDs dropped when MM3 powered up.
- Amplitude of KIDs dropped again when the MM3 started acquisition, and peaks re-appeared.
Original (calibrated) MM3 put back in place.
